As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Univest Financial Corporation (UVSP) which was founded in 1876, the Corporation and its subsidiaries provide a full range of financial solutions for individuals, businesses, municipalities and nonprofit organizations throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.
