Denis Trelease

Denis began his career in mortgage banking 20 years ago and has helped thousands of individuals and families become successful homeowners. Denis specializes in first time home buyers, long term locks, FHA, VA, USDA and PHFA. His experience has provided him with excellent knowledge and communication skills that allow him to provide clients with the information they need to make informed decisions. Denis firmly believes that communication, both in life and work, is the key to a successful life and he embodies that through his relationships with his clients.

Denis earned a Criminal Justice degree at East Tennessee State University. He resides in Lehigh Valley, where he is a member of the Greater Lehigh Valley Realtors, a local sports coach and a community volunteer. When out of the office, Denis enjoys spending time with his 2 children, going to sporting events, attending concerts and taking in the outdoors by hiking and biking.
