Douglas Nedimyer

Doug has been helping people with their mortgage needs for over two decades. During his lengthy career, he’s developed a vast knowledge of the lending process for purchase, refinance, and new construction.

Doug is a lifelong resident of Lancaster County, graduating from Lancaster Catholic High School and Millersville University. He currently lives in Reamstown with his wife Amy and 4 children. While part time empty nesters, the youngest keep the family busy with college activities. And he is a proud first-time grandparent. When Doug’s not busy assisting customers, he enjoys boating, hunting, and vacationing at the beach.

Doug is a member of the Lancaster Association of Realtors, volunteers with Junior Achievement, involved with Scouting America, and is excited to help customers in the local community and beyond.
