Evan Richman

Evan brings more than 10 years of sales experience with grants, first time homebuyers, and loan origination to his role as Mortgage Loan Officer. He prides himself on earning each customer’s trust and providing them with superior customer service. Evan’s primary area of focus is on the purchase market with extensive experience in new construction, condo (warrantable and non-warrantable) and non-conforming lending. He strives to build lifelong relationships with each one of his clients.

Evan earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Temple University. In his free time, he owns and manages 35 rental properties in Philadelphia and Wilmington. Evan lives in West Chester, Pa. with his wife and daughter.
