Nancy Clauson

In my decade of experience, I have greatly enjoyed meeting customers who are looking to purchase their new home, second home, investment property or even to refinance their current home. Building relationships, while helping source the lowest rate and saving money, allows me to expand my impact. 

Coaching first-time homebuyers, preparing them for their new home purchase, is truly rewarding. The best part of my job is when I am there on closing day with families to celebrate this life-changing, milestone event. I am involved with many community organizations that help homebuyers get down payment and closing cost assistance. I have presented the mortgage process in educational homebuying workshops, as well as the information needed to get pre-approval for a home purchase. 

As an adult student working full-time, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Jefferson University in Philadelphia. In my free time, I enjoy fitness, hiking, kayaking and tennis. My favorite places to spend time are at the beach or in the mountains by a lake. Two of my five children live at the beach, so I visit much as possible.
