Sam Totoro

Sam brings more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry to his role as VP and Area Sales Manager. He has spent decades managing top producers and growing teams after spending a decade receiving President’s Club honors as a top performing loan originator. Having managed more than $6 billion in originations, Sam has the ability to structure complex loans and expertly dissect financials for his sales team and clients. He prides himself on always being available and having patience with a positive attitude. He tells his loan officers, “If you’re working, I’m working.”

Sam has received an MBA and bachelor’s degree from Villanova University. When not working, Sam enjoys playing tennis, paddle tennis and pickleball with his wife, Rachel. They have two daughters and currently reside in Malvern, PA.
